n    Preface

Since advanced technology and speedy, frequent interco urse of people and countries in the world, which is near zero distance, the Government conducts the electronic business combining with cultural concerns in order to display enthusiasm and effective function for people¡¦s welfare and new image of Government.
The people of a democratic country always ask severely for their government to be good, in this regard, the Government leads every agency to conduct the review, correction and reformation actively and speedy. Also, this Center follows the higher authorities¡¦ step to continuously self-criticize, improve and carry out various convenient services for people by customer-oriented principle in order to create excellent service quality.

n    Convenient items for people and current situation
¡@

1)      Provide the place for vehicles office of Kaohsiung district to hold car license examination at various townships in order to facilitate the people there.

2)      Use computer to review the written examination of Car Mechanic License Examination and announce the grade on Internet in order to have speedy and just service.     

3)      Use bilingual names to describe all nameplates in office.

4)      Concretize open-door-service and prolong the service time of counter; provide service at lunch break as usual in order to facilitate the on-duty public.

5)      Set disable access, and establish a no-hindrance environment in order to facilitate the disabled people.

6)       Concretize two-sexual equality and set nursing room.

7)       Set the director-general mailbox, complaints line and mailbox to provide people the complaint channel for service quality.

8)      Provide the channel for meeting the director-general; allow the public to directly present suggestions to and communicate with the chief of this Center.

n    The endeavored direction of future

1)      Continuously carry out and improve the simple administration and convenient measures for people; allow the service provided by this center to be more convenient, speedy and considerate.

2)      Strengthen the network service and establish quicker on-line service.

3)      Concretize more service measures; in addition to network, use telephone and correspondence to facilitate the public.

4)      Green environment, improve partial facilities and provide more comfortable field, allow people who contact official business to keep easy and leisure more.

 

n    Conclusions

This center continuously conducts efforts, review, improvement, R&D and establishment of more humanistic, electronic, diversified and popular service team and equipment for more excellent quality of service in order to satisfy every customer.
